We ship with DHL and FedEx — if requested, also via express. If an item is in stock, shipping via express can, in many cases, be delivered within 1 business day. Standard delivery time is typically about 2–5 business days within the country, and worldwide usually about 1 week. Please check the available shipping options and transit times in the cart, as we offer several shipping providers depending on the country.
Returns must be registered in advance by email and are possible according to our return policy (14 days to request a return + 14 days return shipping deadline after approval). Please note: Unregistered returns will not be accepted. You can find all details on the terms, exceptions, and refunds in our return policy.
