How to Measure Your Helmet Size Correctly: To find the right helmet size, measure your head circumference with a flexible measuring tape.
It is important that the measuring tape runs at the widest point of the head – only then will you get an accurate result.
Place the measuring tape about 1–2 cm above the eyebrows at the front and run it along the sides above the ears.
At the back, the measuring tape should run over the largest point at the back of the head (not too deep in the neck). The tape may run slightly diagonally – what matters is that it fits snugly around the largest circumference points of the head.
Make sure the measuring tape is snug but not cutting in. It’s best to measure 2–3 times to get the most accurate result. You can then compare the measured value in centimeters (cm) with our size chart.
Tips for an Accurate Result
- Lay hair flat (e.g., do not measure with a voluminous hairstyle)
- Run the measuring tape horizontally or along the largest circumference
- Do not measure too loosely
- For values between two sizes:
→ usually choose the larger size (depending on helmet model/fit)
Important for Fit
The right helmet should fit snugly without causing uncomfortable pressure points.
A new helmet may feel a bit tighter at first, as the inner padding will adjust slightly over time.

The new Recoil visor
For the X.R5R the visor mechanism was completely redesigned. It is more compact, and the side plates sit flatter. For you that means:
- Visor change in seconds, entirely without tools
- X-Race lock – no being pushed open by the wind
- three intermediate positions, for example for a crack against fogging when stationary
- Pins for tear-offs, as is usual among the pros
Top-level anti-fog
A Pinlock 200 XLT MaxVision is included. The 200 grade is the strongest in the Pinlock range, and MaxVision covers the entire eye port. A second visor is also in the box – changing light at the trackday is no problem with it.
The advantage on track: when the sun gets lower in the afternoon, you simply swap the screen in the pit lane and are back out after a few minutes.

Design: Zero Pro in Pink Matt
The shell shows the typical Zero Pro look: carbon structure under matt clear coat, a large ZERO in soft grey on each flank, white Nexx lettering. The Pink version puts all its colour into the mirrored elements. In the manufacturer's photo the visor glows magenta in the middle and fades towards the edge into a warm orange to copper, and the spoiler wings pick up the gradient. From the side the helmet stays dark and sporty, from the front the pink pops. Perfect if your suit or bike also shows colour.
